Oh me oh my...

19 Hours this semester... What in tarnation was I thinking?!?

I don't know when I'll even have time to breathe! I can do this, I can do this, I can do this,
I CAN DO THIS!
I praying for all you sweet loves this week as we endure the week that is syllabus after syllabus, and we get to see just what we've gotten ourselves into. I hope everyone loves their classes, has wonderful professors and has at least one sweet familiar face in the sea of unknowns this semester.

I'm off to write a 2 page easy peasy essay that has the prompt of "the history of..." what to pick what to pick!

Have a blessed and beautiful day, even if it is dreary out!

I "stumbledupon" this earlier, love, absolute love.

Good Morning!

Good Morning all you beautiful Children of God!

Happy Sunday!
I woke up this morning in my happy little apartment room, cozy and refreshed from my 5, count 'em, five hour drive back (in the rain) to College Station. Oh how I have missed this sweet little town! I spent the rest of the day unpacking, rearranging, and organizing my whole room! It was a daunting task, but with a little perseverance and an awesome playlist it was as successful as ever! I hope everyone had a blessed break and enjoyed every second of being home with their families. It's always wonderful to be able to just veg for a whole month and get ready for the next semester, which I can honestly say--I am so ready for this semester to begin! I always get excited at the thought of a new semester, new books, new school supplies, new planners, new professors, just everything new! It is your time to shine, you are your own guide, choosing to succeed or fail. I can't wait to start. Plus, once this semester finishes (successfully) I will be off to Staff training and Sky Ranch! Oh me oh my I just can't wait lovies!

I pray for everyone safety as they return to their beloved colleges and a successful semester!

"Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up."

Alive

It's like I've never lived before my life with you

So much was missing here

I never even knew

I still picture the place we were when I fell into your world

My heart is in you

Where you go you carry me

I breathe if you breathe

Your heart beats inside of me

You're keeping me alive

-The Afters.

Today I feel like my heart just feels like it's being called to a million different things, I can't wait to get started.

I hope everyone is staying warm and loving this day!
Blessings to you.

Blissful

It is SNOWING!

 God is SO good.

I marvel everyday at how awesome this place is that he created for US. I am reminded of it extra on days like today when Snow- something so foreign to Texas gets to grace our sky! Beautiful.

The Dream is a Reality!

In honor of being featured on Today's Letters (fist pump Friday!) I have decided to post in their fashion.

Dear Mrs. Loerke, thank you so mcuh for choosing the sibs and I to be featured this week, talk about a dream come true! Dear Nose, although I always get a good laugh when I have to run around the house with a tissue shoved up my nostril... I think 3 nosebleeds in one day are a bit excessive. Maybe today we can set a goal of none. Dear Sister, I love you like you like more than those lady's love coupons on Extreme Couponing, boys are stinky, and you’ll meet a better one in no time, I PROMISE! Dear Lord, thank you for the many blessings that 2011 has already brought me. Dear Lovies, Who Read My Bloggy, please go vote for Today's Letters as THE best new blog!

And if you don't know what on earth I am talkin about! Here they are! They rock my socks off!

52

Hello lovies!

I am so sorry it has been since BEFORE Christmas that I posted!

I hope everyone had a BLESSED, beautiful, and happy Christmas. I know I did. I always forget how much family I have until it is the holidays. It seems that at Christmas, Easter and Thanksgiving I am reminded of what a large and in charge family I come from. We are loud, awkward, funny, and most of all loving. I couldn't ask for anything more than that!

This break I have been to the following places: Dallas, Ft. Worth, Southlake, Oklahoma City, Kansas City (KS & MO), Overland Park, VAN!, Marshall, Shreveport, Tyler, Kilgore, Crockett, College Station, Huntsville, and FINALLY BACK TO SOUTHLAKE!

I'd have to say I'm a very well-traveled Texan, as well as a nice little dose of the mid-west!

But what was my favorite?

52.

Van, Texas.

SKY RANCH BABY!

For those who don't already know- I will be a Summer Camp Counselor at Sky Ranch this coming summer! Having this position has already been a huge blessing in my life, more than I could have ever imagined.

I have met phenomenal Christian college students who I am beyond to call my Brothers and Sisters in Christ. It is so awesome to be reminded that I am not the only college student choosing to live my life for Christ.

But anyways, back to why I found myself in little precious Van, TX this past weekend, 52. 52 is a conference held at Sky every year starting on New Years Day! What an incredible way to start off a new year! We talked about building bridges, we talked about what it means to be men and women of Christ, it was such a wonderful experience and I truly appreciate the fact that I was one of the lucky people who got to experience it! Not to mention we got to experience a very small dose of what this summer will entail. I am absolutely ecstatic to see how the Lord works in my life this coming year; I know it will be FULL of changes, and new experiences.

My constant Prayer is that I learn from everything, that this year will continue to shape me, to mold me, and to call me to do greater things.

My resolution for 2011 is to do everything well. Nothing in my life can be perfect all the time, I can't control every situation, or any task handed to me. But, I can choose how I react, and how I complete everything handed my way! And I choose to do it well!

Oh and how did I ring in the New Year? With a few precious friends and the biggest Big Gulp Slurpee we could find.

Have a blessed day y'all!
